📍Location: Sarina Building, An Khánh Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

🕒 Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description

As a Project Manager at OplaCRM, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing projects to ensure smoothexecution and successful outcomes.

1. Managing OplaCRM Product Development Projects

• Collaborate with the development team to plan, allocate resources, and monitor progress for new features.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product goals. Identify and manage risks or blockers and propose timely solutions.
• Facilitate recurring meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.

2. Managing Customer Implementation Projects

• Work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand client needs.
• Plan and execute implementation projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor deployment progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure customers are satisfied and able to use the product effectively post-implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High sense of ownership, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Good command of English is a strong advantage.
