Sales Consultant B2B (based in HCM or HN)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant B2B to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to prospects regarding product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and sales opportunities.


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to identify and qualify leads through research and outreach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of SaaS solutions to potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
