Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant at OplaCRM, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary CEO and a forward-thinking team to transform businesses with our CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored CRM solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demos, showcasing OplaCRM's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve our CRM offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or technology industries.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms or other SaaS tools is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
